William (Bill) Sanford : Bill has over 36 years in the flooring industry as an installer. He has spent the past 10 years working with Sterling Carpet Shops installing commercial and residential vinyl flooring. Bill best describes himself as friendly, efficient, hard working and very clean! His own personal goals are to keep a clean work place, to always have a complete and thorough installation, and to go out of his the way to always satisfy every customer.

Virginia Floors: Sang Lee (and Helpers) : Mr. Lee has over 15 years in the flooring industry as an installer. He has been installing hardwood, laminate, vinyl tile, and refinishing floors with Sterling Carpet Shops since July 2005. Mr. Lee encourages all of his employees to be courteous, clean, trustworthy, and reliable to our customers. Mr. Lee has always proven to stand behind every job until total satisfaction has been achieved.

Mohammad Kabiri (helper Christian) : Mo has been installing carpet for over 19 years in the Northern Virginia area. He has been most loyal to Sterling Carpet Shops since 1999, when he first joined our installation team. Mo is devoted to his work and has been known to work late nights and weekends to finish a job for a customer in need. He has always proven to be an excellent model of customer service.

Marvin Carpet Services LLC : Marvin has been serving Sterling Carpet Shops with excellent installations since July 2008. He may be new to our team, but don’t let that fool you. Marvin has been installing flooring for over 12 years! He has proven time and time again to exceed expectations with all of our clients.

Alan Payne : Alan has been with Sterling Carpet Shops for 17 years and counting. He is a Northern Virginian resident who has been working in the surrounding areas for over 33 years and has proudly been qualified to do installations for the CIA, US Treasury, the Pentagon, The White House, and our area hospitals. He strives to stay up-to-date with all current procedures and has always presented himself in the most professional manner. Alan has known our owner, Winston Whitehead, for 38 years and can proudly call him a friend as well as an employer.
